Shipping policy

We ship all products from Raleigh, NC using USPS to keep your cost as low as possible.

Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday will ship out on Monday.

Depending on your location, USPS will deliver within one to five days. You’ll receive free tracking information for your shipment 24/7 through USPS.

In certain instances, we may elect to deliver your order by local courier even if you completed the checkout process with USPS shipping. If so, the fee you paid for USPS postage will cover the time and expense of the local courier. Under these circumstances, courier delivery will always be faster (and likely more secure) than going through the USPS system. We’ll confirm doorstep delivery with a photo sent by email.

Regardless of choice of carrier, parcels will typically ship out the next business day after you place your order. We are a tiny business with a tiny team. We’re fast, but please have some grace if there is a delay. Please contact us if you have a special need. We’ll aim to accommodate you.

Currently, we only ship in the United States (by USPS) and Canada (by UPS).

We’ll provide you with a free return shipping label if you received a product that was damaged during the original shipping or for a product with a manufacturer error.
