Refund policy

All products are “final sale items;” no returns unless the product suffers from a manufacturing defect or was damaged in shipping. Defective or damaged products will be replaced at no cost with an identical product. Thank you for appreciating this return policy; we are a tiny local business that has a mission to give financial support to a public institution. As such, we can’t operate using the same open-ended return policies that we have all come to expect from major profit-driven retailers.
