Established in 1929 in Raleigh, North Carolina, Needham B. Broughton High School is preparing for its 100 year anniversary in May 2029. We want you to be a part of that celebration.

The school
Located in the heart of Raleigh, Needham B. Broughton High School is the most historic high school in Wake County. As the Global Studies & Language Immersion magnet high school, and as an International Baccalaureate World School, Broughton offers innovative global learning experiences that inspire students to be thoughtful, reflective, service-minded citizens.
The Parent Teacher Student Association
The Broughton Parent Teacher Student Association purpose is to enhance the educational environment for the 2000+ students, their parents and 200 faculty and staff.
The Athletic Association
The Broughton Caps Club mission is to support and maintain superior athletic programs for the students of Broughton High School. 41 teams & 900+ athletes.
The Alumni Association
The Needham B. Broughton Alumni Association awards scholarships, helps fund school projects, monitors reunion activities, reports on significant events in the lives of alumni, honors distinguished alumni, and publishes a bi-annual newsletter.
The Capital Foundation
The Needham B. Broughton Capital Foundation is a nonprofit corporation whose mission is to provide funding that will enrich and enhance the lives of students and faculty at Needham B. Broughton High School.
